Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
- We are currently looking for employees and subcontractors with significant hospital and system experience as Senior level Analysts, Team Leads, Project Managers, Compliance Experts and Programmers.
Preferred Skills and Characteristics
- Experience in implementing, assessing, project managing,
building, testing, training, integrating and/or supporting
major healthcare software solutions. As well, looking for skilled report writers, interface and conversion analysts, documentation specialists and compliance experts.
- Clinical experience
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of how a healthcare organization
functions and be able to appreciate the clients’ long term goals
- Must be able to work under the pressure of meeting deadlines
- Must be able to manage challenging workloads
- Proven leadership skills, strong decision-making abilities and risk
management skills
- Must be a positive, well-organized individual that is able to motivate
and mentor others
- Goal-driven, focused on delivering quality results representing
the best interests of the client
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management, including
the ability to clearly articulate ideas via written and verbal communications
