CERNER SURGINET ANALYST

General Duties:

  • Provide build, design, and configuration skills, including modifying exiting tables as necessary.
  • Participate in test and validation of the software application, and may include developing test scripts and/or creating scenarios to be reviewed prior to actual go-lives in order to ensure proper functionality.
  • Review data workflow as necessary, provide workflow analysis, and suggest changes to design when necessary, in order to assist in full utilization of the software application and features for the client environment.
  • Relay pertinent information regarding projects in a professional and timely to the client and management when necessary.

 

  • Required Skills:
  • 3 years of experience working with Cerner SurgiNet projects and Anesthesia module.
  • Analyst will participate in content meetings with surgical staff and subject matter experts.
  • RN is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working at client sites solo projects.
  • Ability to manage tasks assigned as well as meet any project deadlines assigned.
  • Complete weekly T&E reports and status reports on time.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Accustomed to traveling weekly, with remote capabilities when client allows.

Relocation is not required; only a willingness to travel.

Cerner Project Manager

General Duties:

  • Assist clients to manage projects for upgrades, conversions, go-lives, activations, or new software implementations in specific departments.
  • Review documents for project plans, assist in relations with management, IT staff, executives, and the vendor and/or other consultants assigned to the specific project.
  • Oversea team leads or analysts on the team, and assist with mentoring when necessary for projects.
  • Ability to relay pertinent information regarding projects in a professional and timely to the client and management when necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and managed workload to ensure successful activations and go-lives at client sites.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience as a consultant in a project manager role with knowledge in various Cerner applications such as: INet, CareNet, IView, SurgiNet, FirstNet, ProFit and/or Charge Services, Enhanced View, PathNet, CCL Programmer/Report Writer, MPages, Ambulatory EMR, Registration/Scheduling, Patient Accounting, CORE, CPOE, PowerPlans, PowerNotes, PowerForms or others.
  • Demonstrated experience working at client sites solo projects, and leading other members of the team when necessary, in addition to project management oversight duties.
  • Accustomed to traveling weekly, with remote capabilities when client allows.

Cerner Application Analysts

Cerner Revenue Cycle Project Manager

General Duties:

We are seeking a Project Manager to assist a client with implementation of Cerner Revenue Cycle/Patient Accounting application.
Review documents for project plans, assist in relations with management, IT staff, executives, and the vendor and/or other consultants assigned to the specific project.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Cerner RevWorks preferred, or any Cerner Patient Accounting or Revenue Cycle skills may be considered for this project.
  • Prefer a consultant familiar with smaller hospital environments with the ability to communicate with staff employees, as well as C level executives.

 

Epic Consultants

General Duties:

Well versed in workflow analysis, design and build, testing, training, and go-live/post-live support of Epic solutions – whether as a consultant or hospital employee.  A team player ready to offer solutions based on expertise, client needs, and the patient’s best interest.  A true professional able to manage time, tasks, and communications.

 

Required Skills:

  • 3 – 5 years consulting experience
  • Familiar with all phases of software implementations
  • Expertise with one or more Epic applications
    • Epic offerings: EpicCare, CPOE, Clarity, Bridges, Beacon, Beaker, Willow, ADT/Prelude, Resolute, Cadence or other
  • Manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Complete weekly time & expense and status reports
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Accustomed to weekly travel
