Many hospital IT projects suffer from a well intentioned, but untrained project manager. A typical IT department handles approximately one hundred projects a year, and is frequently forced to promote analysts or clinicians into project leadership positions without any training.

Atlanticon has spent many years developing a unique three day approach to project management. We focus on teaching the real skills necessary to make your projects run more efficiently by giving you effective techniques and tools. Our common sense approach is broken into four categories - Project Setup, Design and Build, Testing and Training, and Activation Planning.

Please click on the video link and take TWO minutes to learn more about it. It could be the best two minutes you've spent for your department

Atlanticon is proud to announce that 2010 marks our 10th year in business!

We have worked very hard to grow this business safely, while providing the highest quality service possible - - AND - - while maintaining our principles and an ethical approach to our work. Why is this important to us? Quite honestly, many hospitals are nervous about engaging consulting firms. There is always a concern that they might not get what they pay for - that the consultant is out to accumulate hours. We formed Atlanticon with a desire to make a difference in the industry - to help hospitals install systems where we would feel safe taking our own children. And we do that every day by selecting the right consultants and delivering our services with honesty and dedication. At Atlanticon, good business is measured in terms of repeat customers and industry reputation. I am very pleased to look back at our first ten years and be able to say that we have done an excellent job - satisfying our clients and building a solid reputation.

We have helped our clients install all different systems - GE - IDX, Cerner, McKesson, Siemens, Epic, and Eclipsys, while helping with smaller assignments and vendor projects as well - Streamline Health, Standard Register, USA Scheduling, and many more. On our 10th anniversary, we have serviced over 150 hospitals in nearly 60 organizations in 27 different states!

Thank you to each and every one of our clients for the ten years we have just completed - and we look forward to the next ten years. We will be here for you!
