Bill Arnold
President and Co-Founder
Bill is the President and Co-Founder of Atlanticon, formed in 2000,
where his vision of providing a “common sense approach to projects” is
embraced throughout the company.
He entered the consulting world
after being a customer of consultants himself, evaluating the
difference between an acceptable consulting job and a stellar
one. Bill realized
that: "Consultants can provide the most value when they have the perspective
that comes from being a veteran of multiple successful projects."
As
a result, he requires that all Atlanticon consultants possess
the experience of at least five projects from which to draw upon.
Bill's committment to make a difference
in the healthcare world took on new meaning after his son was
the victim of a near-tragedy due to a poor hospital system. As
a result of this experience, Atlanticon’s personality has always
reflected a drive to deliver systems that are safe as well as
effective. Bill’s
belief is that everyone working on the development of a hospital
system, especially consultants, should ask themselves every day: “Would
I be comfortable with this system if my spouse or child was
a patient tomorrow?” Currently, Bill oversees the company’s
direction and assists with Business Development efforts. Bill
is a graduate of Wright State University with degrees in Management
Science and Computer Science. He
lives with his wife and sons in Germantown, Ohio.
Cindy Livezey
Vice President and Co-Founder
Cindy is Vice President and Co-Founder of Atlanticon, where she applies
many years of hospital experience and a very flexible “out of
the box” perspective on solutions. Her personal vision for
Atlanticon has been realized over the past several years, as she continues
to insure that Atlanticon provides exceptional customer services through
unique solutions to everyday problems. Her creative thinking drives
all Atlanticon consultants to excel with creative resolutions to common
issues.
Cindy has a long history of IT Leadership roles and technical
/ coding experience dating back to the mid 1980’s. She works
daily with clients in a technical capacity, staying abreast of industry
changes. Cindy’s career began with technical support roles
for Pharmacy retail stores and progressed through hospital IT assignments,
and into Director roles of multi-facility organizations.
Her love for coding is evident in her work and in the many complex
solutions she has found for her numerous clients. She presently
lives with her family in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
Leslie DesRocher
Vice President of Operations
Leslie DesRocher is the Vice President of Operations for Atlanticon
where she oversees the areas of operations, engagement management, affiliate & recruiter
relationships, recruitment & hiring, and affiliate sales efforts.
Joining
the team in 2005, Leslie reflects on her sales, operations management
and project management experience on a daily basis. As a previous
IDX Imagecast/PACS program manager, she has a strong interest in all
things radiology-oriented, along with an understanding of what it means
to be a client advocate of hospitals implementing, upgrading and needing
support for their healthcare solutions.
Leslie plays an integral role in the decision-making
process at Atlanticon and interacts with all consultants and
clients on a regular basis. With open and honest communication,
along with her strong business ethics, Leslie helps keep the
day-to-ay delivery of high quality services on track.
A graduate of Clarkson University, Leslie holds a Bachelor of
Science in Finance and Economics. When off the road from visiting
clients for engagement management purposes, she resides in upstate New
York among the apple orchards of Peru with her family.
